WSOPC Horseshoe Southern Indiana Main Event win goes to Justin Boggs

The Horseshoe Southern Indiana Casino recently played host to the World Series of Poker Circuit, offering poker players the opportunity to enjoy quality tournament gaming. The most anticipated event on the schedule had to be the Main Event with a buy-in of $1,675. The event had 424 players competing, creating a total prize pool of $635,978. In the end, it was Justin Boggs who earned the first-place finish, securing his first ever WSOPC gold ring.

Boggs is a recreational poker player and a teacher hailing from the state of Ohio. During the WSOPC Main Event in Indiana, Boggs was able to secure the lead going into the final table play and hang on to be the last player standing at the end.

It wouldn’t be long before the final hand would go down. On the last hand of the event, Freedman would be all-in with A-2 of spades with Boggs hold A-9 of clubs. The board fell K-Q-4-3-10 with Bogg’s kicker playing the board and giving him the first-place win.
